1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for an account with BNA STEM Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a minor (student under 18), you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to register them.

2. Services provided

BNA STEM Academy provides online tutoring in Mathematics and Physical Sciences, including live classes, recorded lessons (where available), weekly assessments, exam preparation, and individual learner support, as described on our pricing page.

3. Registration & accounts

You must provide accurate, current information during registration, including a valid South African ID number for students.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Tutor accounts are subject to admin review and approval before access is granted. We reserve the right to decline any tutor application.

4. Payment

Fees are payable via manual EFT/bank transfer using the account details provided at registration and on your invoice. Access to paid classes and materials is activated once payment has been confirmed by our admin team. Package pricing is as published on our website and may be updated from time to time; changes will not apply retroactively to already-paid periods.

5. Cancellations & refunds

6. Conduct

We aim to provide reliable tutoring services but do not guarantee specific academic outcomes (e.g. exam results). To the extent permitted by law, BNA STEM Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
